I'm anxious but I feel it necessary to share my horrible experience here. Scheduling is a NIGHTMARE. Good luck getting the right office or someone to answer the phone They wouldn't let my husband in with me to the exam room. I was told it was 'up to the doctor'. I have Endometriosis and saw Dr. Deirde Lum. I explained my continuous and increasing pain to her and her only suggestion was either Slynd, or a hysterectomy, even though I was requesting a lap to see if the Endo had indeed grown back. This review is not about the clinic itself but rather the Stanford Appointment Center, which handles scheduling for this clinic. The level of incompetence and lack of urgency we've encountered is beyond frustrating. It took nearly three weeks for the so-called "referral center" to process an urgent referral—one that was marked URGENT and sent three times via fax and email.
