Our powder room renovation was supplied by Fibertech and I was happy with my experience. Amarpreet Kaur helped me with all we needed and kept us updated on each step. It took a little longer than expected to get all we wanted so be ready for possible delays on special orders before you demolish! :)

Typically I will not do a review on any business, contractor or product for at least two years after the renovations / upgrades is passed because time is the best test. It is now over 2 years. Fibretech supplied us with exactly the toilet that we wanted and at a very competitive price. We looked far and wide and just by luck we dropped into this establishment and they had exactly what we were looking for and after over two years this toilet is a thing of beauty and still working like magic.

Really appreciate Fibretech! Had a great experience: what stands out to me most is the care they put into customer focus and care. Kevin specifically was incredibly helpful when I recently visited the Vancouver office. What impressed me most was his listening, empathy, and passion for his work. Kevin spent time to understand my needs and I feel confident in my conversations with Kevin. Def a 10/10 experience. Thanks again to this company and its great people!
