The most disappointing experience I've ever had at a salon. I went in for a medium-length haircut and left with a terrible haircut. What disappointed me most was that when I called, they only offered a consultation to discuss the result. I went to another salon where, for just $40, they fixed the bad haircut and did their best to give me the cut I asked for at Style House, where for $70 plus a $15 tip, they just gave me a terrible haircut.
