Fibre Glast charged my credit card for a random amount , not related to my order stating it is a fraud prevention measure for orders over $1000, (a policy they made no mention of on their site or when my order was placed) and now is refusing to fill my order unless I call my credit card company wait on hold (wait times today 45m, & 1:30m) to get the amount they charged me and give it back to them. I stopped by to pick up a few things and they wouldn’t sell over the counter or allow me to order online and pick it up. Just trying to save $ on shipping. So i won’t be doing business with these people again.

Fibre Glast is here to make money, period. Not to help people; not to provide service or convenience; not even to be your friend (not that I expect any business to try friendship). If it will make a buck, let's do it. If, for instance, you want to paint your vehicle using their products, you have to "rent" or purchase their color charts in order to make your decision.
