We've been using Fibermark to clean our carpets and upholstery for as long as I can remember. Working with them has always been a pleasure. They've worked with us on discounts for more frequent cleanings (our carpets at work get disgusting very quickly) and are able to problem solve about stains we aren't sure how to deal with. Happy camper – I couldn't be happier with the way my rug turned out. I didn't realize how difficult it is to clean sisal rugs until i went looking for someone to professionally clean mine. Mark explained the process and took extra precautions to make sure it wouldn't get damaged during the cleaning process. Thanks to his hard work, it looks better than ever! His prices were comparable to the rest, and his friendly staff made the whole process all the more enjoyable.

Rescue your sofas and keep upholstered furniture brand new – I cannot recommend Mark Goodman and his team at Fibermark more highly. We have a white sectional and Mark has saved it from red wine and muddy dog prints on numerous occasions. If his team come to clean it, it is instantly returned to new. They are willing to work with all my upholstered furniture and always do the best they can to remove stains. GOLD!! – Hi Mark, Everything looks good. Though I did not expect it to return to brand new look, the sofa looks pretty good. The fabric dried a bit stiff - will that soften up with use? The rugs seem to have more vibrancy, yay! The kids headboards (ultrasuede) look great and they were a tiny bit stiffer - i assume this will soften up with use and time, too.
