Zero stars is my honest review. Very unprofessional. I’m staying at a hotel for a few days & the worker his name is Stefan opened my room door, I asked him not to do that & he said he was checking if I was ready I told him he can’t just do that. Very unprofessional they like to peak into rooms when they think no one is looking and when you speak up on it the supervisor denies and skips your room for putting their peeping Tom’s on blast. We weren’t the only guests to complain about them peeking there were several other guest with little girls having the same issue. I tried getting the supervisors name but he denied to give me that so the only way I could describe him is the baldy with the shiny top head, bulky big glasses and awkward mustache. Dodged a bullet! I dealt with this company only briefly in an attempt to schedule service for cleaning our PTAC units at our hotel. I've included my email exchanges with Gary Arionus, national sales rep for Fibercare Cleaning Services so others can determine for themselves whether this is an outfit they should even bother with.
