They are of very low quality and the ones opened and closed the most have consistently broken...only one year after replacement ! Nasty, rushed work--very sloppy! Don't hire this company. The awning they stalled is leaking and the zorox material is curling up like paper. I called Fiberama and asked for the salesperson who drew up our contract and the rude receptionist asked "why do you need to speak to him?" I told her that my awning is leaking and she abruptly said "Sal's not here. He doesn't handle that you have to call back later and ask for Robin. Thanks." She immediately hung up on me. they installed a bow window and 12 double hung windows. neat, clean and respectable installers. I shopped around and after a recommendation from my neighbor I decided to go with Fiberama.i was pleased
i had 10 windows installed by fiberama. i am very happy with the quality and the installation. the price was fair and the men that installed the windows were polite and professional. i would use them again when i replace my doors.

STAY AWAY from Fiberama. Terrible customer service, shoddy worksmanship, ZERO accountability for THEIR poor work, and possibly the worst company ownership I've ever come across in my life. Two visits from their workers resulted in messy garbage they never cleaned up, incorrect door that they mistakenly ordered for us, damaged window, and poorly constructed sunroom with gaps in its siding.
