For the last 20 years we have used popular rug cleaning services. They did ok, but sometimes had to be called back the next day to redo some spots. Because of covid and other health issues, we skipped 2 years. Our rugs showed it. We called FiberTec They did an exceptional job. They had better equipment, better sprays, and a better process. They explained each step, spent more time, and got better results for our 20-year-old rugs than anyone else we used. We will be calling them in the future.
