Very dissatisfied with the quality of this treatment on my expensive leather couch. We have 2 stains that appeared not longer after the treatment. I didn’t realize we had one year to report any stains and attempted to clean them myself with their cleaning kit. We were told by Terri at fiber seal in the Austin Hill Country was going to charge us another $900 to clean the stains and re-seal the sofa. Terri’s attitude was terrible and We don’t have confidence in this product!
Love working with fiber seal . Every employee is top notch and super professional
The service was excellent! It is nice to know that my carpets are covered and protected for a year. Also, the company leaves you with a fabric care kit too.
