I must say Simon is one of the best! I've been going there for years, ive seen some comments about them asking questions and what's wrong with sales trying to get to know you... they'll tell straight up what suits you best and good prices too, every time I go there Simon asks me about my family and kids, very personal and I like it that way. I've been going here for many years and I'll keep coming back for their service they give.

New update: Went in there first time, wanted to look but do be prepared to answer a lot of personal questions. Examples like where your ancestry is from, how many years you've been in Canada, what's your husbands heritage even if they're parents are born in Canada, how long you been married and if you have any kids or planning on having any kids. How old you are and what kind of occupation. It's more like an comprehensive interview and DNA Ancestry registration. All that just to look at some jewelry. Wow.
