Barrett – helped me today and I have never encountered such great assistance in my life ever at a car dealership. He saw me as a human and he really did his best to save my life. Thank you so much.
I take both of my cars here and they always do a good job. The service advisor Casey, is both very friendly and very honest. I actually know a lot about car maintenance and repairs and I know when someone is honest with me or not and Casey has been great. The only thing is that they're very expensive. When I take my car to dealership in Phoenix, they charge me half the price for the same work. Otherwise, the dealership service is good and I trust Casey.
Tried to charge a huge amount of money for an oil change. Stay away.
When I say that customer service should always b ur number 1 priority then Santa Monica Fiat knows the definition of it. Thk u Troy, Pedro and Tanya for everything and see u next time!
