Poor service from sales team, after they took down payment for a vehicle and later not agreeing on negotiating couple of items, they started ignoring calls and texts, even not issuing a refund to the down-payment. They have proved to be unprofessional, totally don’t recommend working with them
Don’t bring your car here!!! Long story short they will try to get you for an unnecessary expense. Do not. come here. They will try to hit you with thousand dollar and up bill and tell you something is wrong with your vehicle and that parts need to be replaced, which is completely false. Do not bring your car here!!! Trust worst place ever. Even the amateur mechanics will lie to you.
Dear reader, I am writing this just to share my first time experience. I'm new to the Fiat community, and I was looking forward to building a relationship with Santa Monica Fiat. My first experience with this dealer however has left me with the impression that customer service is not core to their business tenets, and this happens to be a pillar of what drives me to support.
