I feel other potential customers of this dealership should know about my experience. I have a 2019 Quattroporte. I had my vehicle in to service with Anthony, my Service Advisor. Anthony was absolutely fabulous, with professional follow-up skills every step of the way. I REALLY like this dealership! Everyone was very nice and professional. Long story short, there is a person there by the name of Melvin or Marvin (his name changes based on who calls) who works with brokers. He would tell the brokers that the car is sold, but then the car would not be sold, and then he would try and sell the car at a higher price to someone else. He would just give everyone the runaround super unprofessional would not recommend buying from this dealership. The people are very rude.
We bought a car from this dealership last year. They said it was legal in Hawaii and it's not. We've tried to register it twice. We've tried to get our money back. Now we're trying to sell it for a very low price because it can only be driven on private property or a resort. No one wants it. Don't trust them. They're liars and we have plenty of proof!!!!! It's a 2022 Kandi K27.
-1 star. This place is pure garbage. Buyers please stay away at all cost. I leased a vehicle here about 3 years ago. I tried to return the vehicle here asap to get a mortage loan for a new house. Everyone here is super rude and does not want to help. They will hang up on you and make rude gestures.
The customer service in the parts department is way above average. Martin went above and beyond the call of duty to get me my parts way out in the middle of nowhere in a very prompt fashion. Thank you Martin.
