I saw their AD on Facebook for the fiat 500e Lease that said 0 down payment 36 months . I called to confirm and a sales man told me just to visit their dealership , that I will only be paying for registration fee. So I went the next day (drove 37miles) the salesperson sure is off for the day. The deal is a BS. It is actually $2,500.00 to drive off. They claimed the salesperson might had meant for “registration & fee” not “registration fee”. Which is the $2,500.00. This place is totally a joke!!!!

RecommendedThis is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. I drove 2.5 hours each way to buy my car here & it was very well worth the drive! My salesman, Alex, knows more about these cars than anyone I’ve encountered (and encountered many during my search for a Giulia QV). Their GM, Joe, could not have been more approachable & helpful ... and just everyone. I may even consider servicing it here despite the 5 hours of travel just so I can give them by business. Worst customer service from a dealership I’ve ever experienced. Tried to return a leased car today. Was told no problem, no appointment needed. Called TWICE to ensure this. Showed up today and was turned away by a seriously nasty Sales person. Even when Service said they could help Sales said NO, lot is full. (Hey, that would have been nice to know when we called THIS MORNING and they said sure, come on down.) Sales and Service don’t communicate. They literally argued in front of us. Brandon was extremely friendly and informative, as was Sami who also worked incredibly efficiently, and Dan was very thoughtful and made sure that all my needs were met. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Alfa Romeo of Glendale :)
