I’m so disappointed. It’s 4:30 PM now I’ve been here since 10:30 AM. I waited close to three hours for my car to be cleaned for me - the one I just purchased for 16,000 and it was filthy. I feel very disrespected. I am missing work and I feel as though I have been lied to all day long. Angelo was not transparent. I called last night and had an appointment to buy that car, they could have had it ready. Such a disappointment
