Great and friendly service.
We were so happy a loaner car was provided. That is the main reason we changed to this dealership, New Smyrna did not provide loaner cars. We will be bringing our jeep to Daytona dealership any time we are in need, the staff was polite and respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Worst place I have ever been in terms of service management. They cut corners in my service. I spoke with the technician and he recommended what I needed. The assistant service manager second guessed his tech and low and behold my check engine light came back on just to have to go back and find out that the tech was told to put a sensor in and if I had to come back then so be it they would make more money. Absolutely the best buying experience out of approximately 20 cars that I’ve bought. And the savings?!?!!!!…,15k off my new electric Pacific Pinnacle. After 3 separate purchases- a Wrangler, a Renegade and now a Pacifica, I’d say we are customers for life!! (Ps…I didn’t hesitate to trade in my Mercedes on my new Pacifica because it rides and looks like I’m driving/riding in a Bentley!!!
