If I could give zero stars, I would. These people had my truck for four weeks and still couldn’t get it right. They installed my transmission incorrectly, gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and then left me to clean up their mess. I had to take my truck to a different dealership just to have the job done properly. To make it worse, Daytona Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram refused to reimburse me for their mistake. I went to look at Grand Wagoner's with my with wife. Chris Edge Johnson came out to talk to us and was very friendly and professional. It helped he was a former Marine as I am a retired Marine.
