I will never purchase another vehicle from this company again. We have purchased three customized vehicles: a Durango Hellcat, a customized Jeep Grand Cherokee, and a Ram truck. In this review, I will speak about the Grand Jeep Cherokee, which has had over 25 recalls! The $7+ miscellaneous fee is BS, their answer was it goes on all invoices, another dealer rip off! At a return visit Matt, service advisor did an excellent job on my issue, I would recommend Matt highly.

I brought my truck in for two issues — a wobbly tire and a non-working AC. After about 12 days, I paid around $1,000, but both issues remained unresolved. The service manager later acknowledged that I had been overcharged by $600 due to a misquote. I was offered that amount back, but I declined because the work I paid for was never completed. I just bought a truck and could not be happier. My salesman Peter was excellent along with the sales managers Colt and Aaron who helped me get an excellent deal. Peter was very through about the features of the truck and was friendly and knowledgeable.
