Drove here from Manassas to look at an Acura TSX on the lot. The description of the car in person was completely different than the online add. I called and informed my salesperson that I was on the way. On my drive from Manassas to Alexandria my salesperson calls me 3 times. purchased a used car 30 days ago still waiting on my title. Called and was told to stop by the dealership and they would issue new 30 day tags... stopped by the dealership and they told be I would have to wait 3 days for my tags to expire... Seriously poor customer service!!
Well-I had a great car shopping experience. For those who had negative ones, I'm guessing Fiat of Alexandria responded by turning around what didn't work for those folks... Highlights of my experience? The Dealership Manager, Ellie, listened to my wants and needs -(including price points) and delivered without "game-y" pressure or any surprises. Hello, all! I don't know what the previous users were going through/went through/talked to, but I had an amaaaazing experience at Fiat of Alexandria. On a Friday, I went in for a test-drive.
