Worst experience ever. I purchased a car from them in February and in less than a month I had to bring it in for problems with the radiator and the car over heating they "fixed" it and in 2 weeks I was back with the same problem and had to fight with them to get it in, in less than 2 weeks they finally took it in the next day and they "fixed" it again. 4 months later I took it to a different mechanic for the same problem again and paid $700 in repairs that were "overlooked" when I contacted VIP they were completely rude and ... read more
We bought a Jeep from Joe & Stephen and could not have had a more pleasant experience. Not only was the vehicle in terrific condition, they stayed late too let us come for a test drive and again when we decided to purchase. Their lot might not be big, but their goal for customer satisfaction is! Thank you so very much.
