Excellent service! I felt as if I was buying the latest model Maserati, even though I was just buying a used Fiat 500L. I am chuffed to bits about my car. I plan to buy another one in a few years and I am hoping that I have the same salesman, Alan at Ron Tonkin Genesis, that I had six months ago when I bought this vehicle.

Worst customer service. Advertising cars they don't have. Highest interest rates. I was told I needed to wait for the new vehicle because it was being detailed but it was dirty and oil was all over the motor. I had to take it to a to the shop after two weeks of owning it and they found a loop hole for why it wasn't covered. What a nightmare.
Courteous and helpful staff. Mark is always very responsive and gets back to me in a timely manner.
