I want to thank the team at Napleton for helping us out in a tight bind. Driving home from Michigan we had some trouble with our car and needed help ASAP. Brandon at their service department came to the rescue and not only helped navigate our insurance, but also went above and beyond in keeping us informed of any road blocks with repairs and arranged for us to be driven back to the city despite hour+ drive time when we couldn’t get a rental.
