I made an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and dropped it off the night before the appointment. The next evening (day of the appointment) I called to follow up and was told they couldn’t look at it for two days. I called that day and got no answer. I called for the following several days with no answer or return call to my messages. If I could give a big fat ZERO I would. Let me tell you why. My car issues were 2 failed fobs, cover over my seat belt mechanism on side panel and the cover of my upper glovebox.
