Deceptive practices, Javi the finance manager intentionally misrepresented costs and his add ons. He told us optional things like swat GPS or a lease wear and tear option were required, and that they were included in the base price of the vehicle. Those options are not included come to find out, they are also in fact options. Looking for a new EV and liked the Fiat for its small size. Reached out to several dealerships and the Fresno Chrysler, Doge, Fiat came back with a good price and were very responsive. Ivan was very easy to deal with during the sales process and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Totally worth the drive up from the central coast. The process was easy and Javi in the finance area was just as easy to work with as Ivan. We’ve recommended this dealership to friends since our experience was so easy.

The waiting area and no greeting immediately set the tone. They speak at you, not with you. Its embarrassing that this is a major dealership.

My fiat 500 abarth keeps having little issues which is annoying enough, but this is always compounded by the realization that I have to deal with Fresno fiat and Chrysler. Everytime I'm forced to bring in my car to this dealership it inevitably turns into an ordeal for even the smallest repair. I'm sick of it! Now my headlights have both gone out, most likely a bad fuse, but when I call in to make an appointment the tell me they don't have an open slot for 20 days! What am I supposed to do!?
