I got a Queen's grad ring from here and the customer service was incredible. My sister ordered the ring for me and it was ready withing a day of ordering. It wasn't the right size because she ordered a size that was slightly too small, Roula let me come back in a week later and swapped it out with no problems. They have such a great selection of Queen's University stuff, I highly recommend Fiancee Jewllers to anyone who wants Queen's grad jewelery!

Roula created a dazzling custom ring for our 45th wedding anniversary. We requested that she incorporate some diamonds from some other family pieces which she did flawlessly, exceeding all our expectations! The resulting piece is not only beautiful but very meaningful. This is the best jewelry store in town. The selection is outstanding. Having lived in much bigger cities, I was surprised about the quality of the jewelry. I have found things here that I could not find in Toronto or Montreal. I have had several custom pieces made by Roula and her craftsmanship is impeccable. I cannot recommend this place enough. She also has prices that cannot be beat.
I have been using Roula for 20 years for designing all my rings. From engagement and wedding band all the way to my daughter’s 16th birthday rings. All made and designed from an idea and vision I wanted and perfected and finished with Roula’s experience and input. She is trusted within our family.
