Was trying to find a horn for a piece of equipment. Spoke to Rochelle on the phone and instead of listening to what I wanted was too busy telling me I was too ignorant to tell her what I wanted. Demanded a picture of the old unit when it was a lot simpler than that. I offered to give her the denso generic number and a specific Toyota number as an example. its stressful at first but once you get the hang of it, it fast pace and fun, people are awesome to work with and challenging at times. and have some good trainers to get you where you need to be.
