Doctor Kerr has the WORST bedside manner. At a pre op appointment for a torn ACL, after tugging on my leg harshly and putting me in severe pain, he told me to "wait it out and see what happens" without even reviewing the MRI showing the injury! When I told him I disagree with that decision, and that this is an injury that needs to be addressed, he shrugged his shoulders and walked out of the room without offering an explanation or saying a word. Extremely arrogant doctor. Not helpful in the slightest
The attitude/manner of the staff is the only redeeming quality. I saw Dr. Kerr for surgery on a finger fracture. It was presented as an easy operation with reliable results and the risks were not made clear to me. Two months after the operation, the second knuckle of my finger is paralyzed. It does not move at all. The third knuckle, which was not included in the fracture, is now veering towards my pinky when I try to bend the finger.
