The team here is exceptional. The dentist does good job and seemed to have a light touch. Also a very nice staff at the front desk and the dental assistant is nothing short of amazing. She has gone above and beyond to help me time and time again. She makes coming here a joy for me. Im so used to an opposite type of experience. I would hive more stars if I could!
Ive had a pleasant experience each time ive gone and have never witnessed the "cold" behavior. Ive experienced the complete opposite. The front staff is helpful with any questions ive had and the assistant is great, I cant remember her name but she is awesome, ive jad her for each appointment. Its nice to have a familiar face unlike other practices with multiple different assistants/ doctors who dont know your particular situation. I love the staff here. Jerze knows all the ins and outs about dental insurance. Emily and Dr ki make a great team. The dental scanning process was super cool and fast!
Absolutely no. Avoid. Staff was great. Main dentist was not. Kept arguing with me. I wanted help for my pain. I have a cracked tooth and it was done by a previous dentist. I have to live with my constant ear pain now because she advised against redoing a filling. The tooth is cracked and is hitting my gums 24/7. Maybe they like people to be in pain, I don't know. The dental assistants were all great, however, I have had issue after issue with incorrect information being put in my file, referrals being incorrect, and referrals never getting sent like they said they would. Now they dropped my insurance and I have to start all over again. Terrible place if you are counting on them.
