Awesome experience! They have great trainers. They really push you in a positive way. While also making you want to come back and push yourself to do more. The workout classes are easy to sign up for and really give your body a great workout. If you need to modify it you can. Very educative.
Probably the best gym I’ve been to in Ashtabula county. Good variety of equipment, clean, owner is very nice. Overall 10/10
Leg day with Vanessa was awesome! Challenging in a good way and you feel so good when you are finished!
