Outstanding. From the inhouse sales rep. (Mark) The installation (Carlos). The field manager (Noel). Professionalism, courtesy, everyone was on point. The installation of 7 windows, 3 being large, only took 7 hrs. Not a speck of dirt or dust inside the house. Window quality is better than expected. Instantly noticed the difference in outside noise. The next day the AC ran 2 hours less. 100% recommended.
