After checking in early and filling out all the forms and questionnaires, we're supposed to receive a link for the Zoom/Telehealth appointment. They send the link after the appointment time, then leave you a message that you missed the appointment and to reschedule. As other have stated here in the reviews, they say they will contact you, they don't, then when you call them you can't get through or it takes forever to go through the transfers. I honestly don't know how this place stays in business! Don't enroll with this location or the one in Lemon Grove. They sell you on all the services they "offer" then can't deliver on 95% of them. Classic bait and switch. Transportation is a joke and so is home care. My father really needs to be cared for since I live out of the area. I am looking for a reputable PACE program now for him. What a disappointment. They REALLY sold this program hard.
They stink! Go to PACE Vista instead.
This place is horrible. The front office receptionist is rude and unprofessional. She talks to you like you’re dumb and has a condescending tone, always. I believe her name is Melanie. FHCSD do better with hiring employees!
Great people. Helped me get a psychiatrist for mental health, and psychiatrist in San diego for medicine. The highest medical practice (at least for mental health) they have here is nurse practioner. But they can get you in the right direction.
