OMG I can not rave enough how wonderful and knowledgable Natalie is. I called in at my whits end thinking my whole entire VA loan on my "condo" was falling through because of not being on the approved list. Needless to say my lender, real estant agent, the escrow company, and even the seller thought this complex was condominiums. All of them failed to check tract ID's, Pre- lim notices, CCR's for zoning information. When I called Natalie starting working her magic researching my property WITHOUT me having any of the informat... read more
