Stay away from this company and in my opinion any other properties they own. They are running a slum community in Houston and refusing to help the residents. Power was out for four straight days two weeks ago with no help from management and now the water has been out for over a week and all the residents are getting is the run around. You can’t get a straight answer from anyone and when you call or email getting a response is like pulling teeth.
Sariana is awesome she took care of my problems promptly and resolved all my concerns I was having with my apt. Very helpful and caring.
I love what they have done to the place recently. The team is responsive and always available to help you out! Good Managment company for us, we will be renewing!!
