The staff there deserve 5 Stars, they were friendly and inviting & the clinic itself was clean & efficient. However the HQ of the company (0 stars!!) are only in it for the money. Here's My story, I tested positive COVID 19 back in January & instead of getting a PCR (which was booking outside of my isolation period) I just stayed home (with my 10 positive Antigen Tests)& isolated. I am doubly Vaxx'd & just did what I needed to, to NOT get anyone else sick. But, now unexpectedly, I am looking to travel for a weekend for work ... read more

I booked my appointment for the 29th to go in for the 30th first thing in the morning paid the 180.59. to get declined because I took an at home rapid test and it came out positive, but wanted to be sure due to having an itch in my throat they told me to contact public health, and that I would be issued a refund... I never got my refund its been almost a month ....?
The two girls that gave me my booster today were awesome! Super friendly and professional! I’m glad Brampton has this clinic to help people during this scary time.
