Incredibly dissatisfied with this privatized service. I paid for a PCR test to travel which unfortunately came back positive. When I had asked FH Health to write me a clearance note to say I am cleared for travel after successfully completing my quarantine, they told me I would have to pay for another PCR tests to “compare values”. I explained CDC does not recommend a second test as you can still come back positive after 90 days, and I was told this is the process, and if I want clearance I would have to test again.
