Comparing to other labs, this lab is slow. I did the regular PCR testing at 9:30 AM; however, my sample was not transported to the lab in Brampton until 8PM, result until 11PM...... Other labs can have the result before 4pm, so please choose other labs if your PCR is time sensitive (I.e. need PCR to apply for the green code). 结果出的超级慢，早上9：30检测的晚上8点才送去实验室，晚上11点才出结果，等的很累，因为拿到报告之后还要申请绿码。其他检测机构差不多价钱，下午4点前就出结果，尽量避免这家的常规PCR，慢（它$350的加急PCR不清楚）。

I did the PCR test for my trip to Hong Kong. The service was exceptional and I was able to get the results in 2 hours.

This company is a scam. They don’t have any option to cancel the booking even if you decided to cancel it minutes after booking the appointment. Reason for refund is more people trying to book and they want to serve more customers. But I always noticed that appointments always available. You will be fully charged once the booking is placed and no way to cancel it via web or phone or customer care. No phone number available for this or any of FH health centre to enquire and I’ve lost 176$ because I booked appointment and late... read more

This place is the best! They called me after my appointment and told me I ordered the wrong test, so results won’t be available before my flight. They issued a refund and I bought the travel pack which contains 2 rapid antigen tests. I carried it with me when I travelled to the States and did the test virtually using the app. Btw, The technician Chris Michael was super helpful, and he has a great sense of humor!
