One of the worst companies out there to do home repair up sell and outrages quotes are standard procedure. The tech are mediocer and not knowledgeable. Only knowledgeable about the worthless service plan. I had them out to look at my HVAC compressor. Provided a $4000 quote to fix it. Did not provide an itemized quote for the parts. On the spot google the parts cost which was $29 for a Capacitor and $500 for a fan motor that was failing. Then I am sent a "QUOTE - PEACE OF MINE" in an e-mail costing $2500.
