Pete was great, he explained and made sure that I understood everything about the current state of my system. Then when completed he explained what was done and what areas for future maintenance would be beneficial. He even took time to understand the season and the need to switch back and forth between heat and cool during this time of year and help me set up my thermostat to do that automatically. Thank you!
