Gary was great. Friendly, professional, courteous and explained things well. I wish his management would follow his example. He alone completed repairs in 4.5 hrs, that we had been waiting for months to be completed. Great job Gary, you deserve a quality air filter for your tool cart! We recommend you, Gary! I used this company for a bathroom install. They kept me informed at all times of updates on the schedule. Very professional I am very pleased.
I had the worst experience of my life working with FGS. I do not recommend working with them at all. Now let me start with I have been a property manager for 18 years so I am no stranger to working with commercial vendors and I understand the process of what a restoration company does. FGS did a great job for my clients whom found issues in the attic during an inspection. They were able to give us a quote that was very competitive & get the work done quickly. The guys that came to do the work were fantastic to work with.
