I bought a vehicle from them last year and was satisfied until recently. My husband was doing routine maintenance (changing brake pads) and realized that there was no jack or spare tire. We reached out hoping they would make it right. All they said was they are not legally obligated to include that. Vehicle was presented dirty. After the valley vehicle was still dirty. full of pet hairs and not acceptable at all. No operators manuals or service histories in the vehicle and they could not present any of those documents to me 40 000Km car
Purchased 2016 suburban from Hyundai dealership it was used vehicle and they sold me some diamond insurance saying that is mandatory from them. Unit was in good shape so I did not mind paying for it. Now they are not regarding that insurance and I have asked them from leather repairs and small dints and they do not refuse straight away but give me long lead time.
