Had an appointment to look at an SUV. Arrived with cash in pocket intending to buy it unless there was some major issue. They didn't even have the SUV there, despite calling me 3 hours before the appointment to confirm I would be there. I gave them an opportunity to figure out where the vehicle was and said that we'd go look at it there. They didn't seem to know where it was. In October 2020, I purchased a used 2020 Hyundai Kona from Saskatoon North Hyundai. In October 2024, my fiancé purchased a used 2019 Hyundai Tucson from the same dealership.
