Had an appointment to look at an SUV. Arrived with cash in pocket intending to buy it unless there was some major issue. They didn't even have the SUV there, despite calling me 3 hours before the appointment to confirm I would be there. I gave them an opportunity to figure out where the vehicle was and said that we'd go look at it there. They didn't seem to know where it was. In October 2020, I purchased a used 2020 Hyundai Kona from Saskatoon North Hyundai. In October 2024, my fiancé purchased a used 2019 Hyundai Tucson from the same dealership. The Tucson was sold with both winter and all-season tires, with the all-season tires retained in dealership storage. We never took possession of those tires. Test drove a $34,000 vehicle. Sales woman that went with me said " this is how we do our Test drives, I'll drive it out to north costco & u can drive it back to the lot". Couldn't believe it. Then there was a grinding every time the button was pushed to start or stop the vehicle. I said something & she literally lied to me and said it was normal. I said that's funny all the other one I Test drove today didn't grind. I wouldn't buy a thing from this dealership. Stay clear people....just look at the reviews.
