Unable to get them to answer their phone!!
Unfortunate to have to write a negative review about a fellow FFL but they behaved petty and unprofessional causing a customer to incur additional expense because of their "feud" with their neighboring FFL. An order was correctly addressed and shipped on behalf of a customer for an FFL transfer by us to the neighboring FFL business. USPS incorrectly delivered the package to OC Guns despite it being addressed to "Heavy Machine" at Suite 204, which is next door.
