I hired Dallas First because I saw he had recommendations in Facebook Group I follow and also he's a friend of our one son. So I thought we were going to get quality work because who would screw your friend's parents, right? The first red flag should have been when I asked about additional reviews he gave me the excuse he's getting a new tax id number etc. If you look at his website he has no option to directly leave a review there. Dallas took a down payment from my parents (72 years old) in April 2021. It is September 2021 and I had to chase him down to have him refund their down payment. He was unresponsive and when he did respond he made up every story under the sun why he couldn’t perform the work, the entire time not refunding their money. Received the check yesterday, not from his company, but a miscellaneous name. We went to cash the check today only to be told by the bank that there are insufficient funds to cover the check. I called Family First Exteriors and they were out taking a look at my home within an hour! They fixed the issue with my gutters not draining properly. The wood behind my gutter was rotting and they were able to fix that as well as take care of my gutter issue. This company isn’t out to RIP you off, they come to take care of your issues within your budget. I highly recommend this company!
Couldn’t be more happy with the professionalism, commitment and work of my guy Dallas First and his company Family First Exteriors.
