Lack of communication from their general manager. They increase the endurance membership by 30% and said that they were changing the structure of the program, but with no explanation of what it will be. Finding out today that they have eliminated the endurance program and members have not gotten communication from their general manager. 🤬

It took couple of months to cancel membership! Manager was never in the office. And all other 'managers' were claiming they can not do it. So we visited office 3 times to cancel w/o success just to receive (finally!!!) link in email to confirm cancelation. Transfer between clubs is a pain they just ping pong you between offices claiming someone else should do it. Just a nightmare experience, will not recommend to anyone
RecommendedVisited the spa at FFC Park Ridge. Tiffany was a pleasure to work with. She showed extreme knowledge and professionalism during my visit. It was my first time visiting a spa and she made it a great experience. Definitely will return again.
