I do not recommend this property, specifically Glo Apartments, based on my experience. Since moving in, I have dealt with ongoing issues involving a downstairs neighbor who has been harassing me from the start—first with a threatening note left on my door regarding noise, then repeated banging on my floor and later making accusations about smoking. I will always look back on my time at the Oliver as my worst experience when renting in San Diego. Sharing my experience in order to warn others to stay away from F&F. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT and lie to you. Dishonest and greedy. Leave it to a company with the slogan "Do the right thing, plus one. **Updating this review to include the lease violation which has now taken place, without any clear resolution. It has been over 3 months that I've been charged the electricity bill for the entire property (of which there are multiple units), now totaling over $1,300. This is a clear violation of the lease which stated that each unit would be separately metered. I have now been made financially liable for someone else's electricity bill? With no resolve? Do not lease here. As a current tenant I can tell you this company lies about lease terms, fails move-in inspections. I have had consistently poor experiences with F&F since moving into my studio at Henry Square on 12/10/25. Upon move-in, the unit was not habitable: the shower & bathroom sink were non-functional, the AC unit contained black mildew, & the floors were severely uneven/sagging.
