She went above and beyond and was attentive during the showing, answered all our questions, and was helpful throughout the application process through lease signing. Toured with Serene Li, even though I wasn’t a fan of the particular property she let me know there were many other options available within the FNF company that I can not only look at but also my application fee would apply to any of them. She also put me at ease letting me know I can give her whatever needs I was looking for in a home and she’d find the best fit for me.
Kate is amazing! She is very professional, timely and informative. She is a pleasure to work with.
In our experience, F&F Properties is the worst property management company in San Diego, and the Hideaway Apartments is the worst place to live in Carlsbad. Save yourself the headache and keep scrolling. Before signing, we were not allowed to view the actual unit. That's fine...if your property isn't 100 yards away from the I-5 freeway.
