Apartment itself was older but had charm. Community well kept. Issues were maintenance - one time I could get the gas stove to turn off and it took hours to get someone there. 3 of 4 gas burners didn’t work for nearly 6 months. Tub clogged at least once a year and it took days to fix. My real issue is the price gouging. Trash and water are much higher than expected considering there is no pool, no dishwashers and no in unit washers and dryers. 18 plus years living at Mar at Mesa, this F&F managements is been the worst thing ever happened in this apartment complex, trying to take over so much in San Diego city doing pour quality or non maintenance when needed braking every type ot Ca rules. I currently live in a unit managed by F&F Properties, and based on my experience, it is clear that this company does not prioritize the well-being or safety of its tenants, despite the image CEO Dan Feder presents in interviews. We have been dealing with a serious flooring issue in our kitchen where glue is seeping up through the floorboards. Do not move here. Management is incompetent and discriminatory. If I had more time and patience, I would have filed a lawsuit for discrimination based on sexuality and gender.
