Whenever I’m visiting from New York, F&F Plano is always one of my favorite spots! I almost didn’t come because I saw a few negative reviews, but they couldn’t have been more wrong...! What actually gave me confidence was seeing how the owner personally responded to those reviews; it showed they genuinely care and take feedback seriously. I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. Don't know where Japanese name came from, more of Panda express.
I live in beacon sq apartments, I have a neighbor discount in these places because it is a benefit of living here. I used to buy 4/7 days a week, and I always get my discount. My family and I spent a lot here and today I went normally to order food, the person who attends was super racist and refused to respect our discount despite showing him the neighbor's card. She was very rude and you can see the treatment she has towards her staff. Nefast, we won't come back.
