First of all, Ari makes fantastic bikes. Second, "no one" seems to make premium fat tire bikes anymore which is a major bummer because here in Michigan we are full of sugar sand in the summer and snow in the winter. I took my bike in for a tuneup and after a couple weeks of not hearing back from Ari I tried calling them. I left a voicemail and tried to start a text conversation using their system but no reply. I finally got someone on the phone and they said they would have the technician reach out to me. Another week went by without a response. Recently purchased an Ari Explorer Peak Elite. Some hiccups at the beginning. The rear brake hose was damaged during shipping making the brake inoperable and the bike unridable. The wheelset and tires I received were not the one listed on the spec at time of the order (Ari website has now been updated). I also paid for the tubeless setup but it wasn’t done.
