Kelly, the best!. Excellent personalized service! I was able to buy exactly what I wanted! This bike is coming to Argentina. Unfortunately, I have to modify my review after many emails and no response from the warranty department, so I don't recommend it.
I received the bike and wheels today, and it truly feels like a dream come true, especially when it comes to the sizing. All of my previous bikes have been medium, but this one is a large, and somehow it feels way more comfortable than any bike I’ve ever owned. A huge thank you to Ari and the entire team for making this such an incredible experience. I really appreciate all the care, expertise, and attention to detail that went into getting everything just right. You’ve earned a customer for life!
