This review is for customer service and product labeling. Placed order with them twice. I encountered a shipping price dilemma twice. My original shipping quote was as follows: $13.88 Fed Ex Ground Home Delivery. When the order finalized the shipping charge was $18.02 for Fed Ex Ground Home Delivery.
