This review is for customer service and product labeling. Placed order with them twice. I encountered a shipping price dilemma twice. My original shipping quote was as follows: $13.88 Fed Ex Ground Home Delivery. When the order finalized the shipping charge was $18.02 for Fed Ex Ground Home Delivery. I’m a Feynlab Certified Installer. They are a great company with amazing ceramic products. So good I dropped Ceramic Pro, System X, Xpel Fusion, NanoPro, in favor of Feynlab.
I've only used the Feynlab Rinseless wash from this company and it's hands down one of the Top 3 I've ever used and I've been doing RW & WW's since 2012! On my coated car, ad well as previous coated cars, this product is just P U R E clean, doesn't change how your costing works. You MUST follow the directions strictly about dilution ratios as it's very concentrated, don't go messing around here!!
