Rhonda and the others at Feyer Ford are amazing. There's no pressure but a kindness for customers. Makes me want to drive over 2 hours from my home to purchase all my vehicles in the future.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Feyer Ford sold me a brand new truck that was defective from day one. I asked about the strange noise coming from the engine, and Rhonda brushed it off, saying it was “normal.” She even rushed me to pick it up, claiming people were calling from all over the country for this truck. The sales portion of my purchase went fine, no complaints with pricing etc. Initially the truck needed a recall performed before I could take it home, which was understandable and eventually I was told they would deliver it that evening or the following morning.
