This is a review of our most recent experience. Although our Bronco Sport only had a little less than 2,500 miles it was a year old. I called for an oil change with a 2PM appointment and waited 40 minutes. Then upon receiving the invoice i noticed I got the Premium service which included tire rotation, AT 2,500 MILES ? The advisor said there is a 3% surcharge for using a CC but I could pay by check, who carries a checkbook ! or I could use a debit card which we don't not use for the less protection it offers.
