He had ENORMOUS people to depose and FAILED TO DO SO!! Told ME he "tried" to depose!@ THESE issues ARE his JOB!@! At initial hearing James A. Norris, jr. WALKED alllllll over him. Fewell HAD " needed" material. He had NO idea HOW to use it. A very UNINTELLIGENT attorney. HIS willful inattention to foreseeable (to anyone with a pulse) DETAILS? HAS" cost" MANY clients.. I say DISBAR.
