I don't know what Taylor is saying on her review, but I've never had any problems with this place. Customer service is great as long as you do it the right way. Car salesmen are only selling you the car. All other issues, call the number provided. And something people forget is you're signing a contract and must use DUE DILIGENCE. There are no Lemon laws in the state of Nebraska. Buyer Beware and take responsibility for yourself!! Cars break down. City motors dont force your signature on the contracts. The worst. Don't ever consider buying a car here.

First and foremost, i would like to appologize if you somehow got the impression that I am a mechanic or that i know of every issue with every vehicle. Salesman Andy was polite and seemed like a decent person. Literally every car on the lot has major mechanical issues. Andy was aware of which cars had working AC but completely unaware of any other mechanical issues no matter how obvious they were.
