This place is a nightmare when it comes to prescription delivery. In July of 2025 I called and specifically told the young lady I'd be picking up the prescription. She failed to tell me they took a break at a certain time of the day so I had to wait 30 minutes for them to reopen. Then I found out they sent the prescription out for delivery. On 1/20/26 I called to find out why my prescription was not delivered. I was told it was sent to another pharmacy for refill. I love going here it is the best doctor's office i have ever been to. DR. Simpson is the best. am feeling so much better since I have been seeing her. And her team is number 1!! love you all!!!! Thank you for being here for us.
If you can, please go somewhere else. My husband has extreme pain and was hospitalized for the pain and had to go to a nursing facility for physical therapy. He asked to be discharged from the rehab facility early because he had an initial appointment with Dr. Simpson. Come to find out, when we got to Fetter clinic they told him Dr. Simpson was not seeing him that day. He was only getting the counseling session to see if he qualifies for the pain program. All the staff are competent and kind, and Doctor Simpson is phenomenal - easily the best and most involved doctor I’ve ever had. Today I called to schedule an appointment and George Williams was pleasant, professional, and very helpful.
