I love going here it is the best doctor's office i have ever been to. DR. Simpson is the best. am feeling so much better since I have been seeing her. And her team is number 1!! love you all!!!! Thank you for being here for us.
If you can, please go somewhere else. My husband has extreme pain and was hospitalized for the pain and had to go to a nursing facility for physical therapy. He asked to be discharged from the rehab facility early because he had an initial appointment with Dr. Simpson. Come to find out, when we got to Fetter clinic they told him Dr. Simpson was not seeing him that day. He was only getting the counseling session to see if he qualifies for the pain program. All the staff are competent and kind, and Doctor Simpson is phenomenal - easily the best and most involved doctor I’ve ever had. Today I called to schedule an appointment and George Williams was pleasant, professional, and very helpful.
Dr. Dana is great and she is very personable, but there have been MULTIPLE times where my prescription is not sent over the same day, even the next day, even past a week later. I always have to call and speak with the call center, verify all do my information and request the prescription to be filled. This is very hard to do when I work full time at a hospital with the same hours as the doctors office :(
