The doctor are great but some of staff very rude and talk to me like i had no feeling
Worst office in every way. I took a friend of my sons down there for a dental emergency and had to pay before ever seeing anyone. An hour and a half of waiting later we had to leave without ever seeing anyone and I asked for my money back then. I was told they would credit it back to me within a few days. That was over a year ago on Feb. 8 2024. I discovered I never got a refund while doing our taxes. The call center and the exact locations have two different schedules. I was scheduled for an appointment drove 15 mins to this location just to arrive and be told my appointment is cancelled one thing I hate is wasting time you can’t get that back. Very unprofessional staff I’m so glad I drove what would I have done if I got dropped off? If they did this to me imagine how they are treating the elderly!!! Then they scheduled a new appointment almost 3 weeks away what use is the appointment no thanks I’ll go back to my doctor
