Very friendly and knowledgeable staff very clean same-sex restrooms very good air conditioner hot days when having to wait for your appointment or prescription to be filled
Absolutely ridiculous. The call center is the worst decision ever made , How do you make a physical a telemedicine appointment! No one listens to me at ALL !! I just want my referral and I’m never coming back ..

My wife has had this DR appointment for almost 2 months. I am a veteran, so I don't need any other health care at this time. We have been living off of 400.00 after 1010.00 for the mortgage for the past 6 months. We ration and plan for Dr visits because of gas, due to us having low income. At no point was there ever mention of a 30.00 fee to be seen. We live in Moncks Corner. Although there is an office here, we still had to drive out to Cross/Elgin.
