Absolutely ridiculous. The call center is the worst decision ever made , How do you make a physical a telemedicine appointment! No one listens to me at ALL !! I just want my referral and I’m never coming back ..

My wife has had this DR appointment for almost 2 months. I am a veteran, so I don't need any other health care at this time. We have been living off of 400.00 after 1010.00 for the mortgage for the past 6 months. We ration and plan for Dr visits because of gas, due to us having low income. At no point was there ever mention of a 30.00 fee to be seen. We live in Moncks Corner. Although there is an office here, we still had to drive out to Cross/Elgin. Loved the doctor . The wait was over an hour. People that came in after me were called in before.me. was signed up for one doctor and got another.
