I went there to purchase a telluride.... I was told the vehicle is in n high demand.... Raimi the finance manager told me there was a 20 thousand dollar sales mark up!!!!!!!!!!! I was there for 3 hours and when I questioned the numbers they said I had to pay a 20k mark up!!!!!! Is this sales team on drugs?!?!?!
RecommendedI took my car in for normal service. I received excellent service from Nuno. He cared about what my concerns were and paid attention. He reassured me that all of my questions were important.

Worst experience at fette Kia, went to lease a car, got price we wanted, after going back and forth, we went to start Paper work, manager came over and said we have to drive it out today, they would not take a deposit, we still had our car, You can’t get a new car and still have other car, horrible business people. Will go back or recommend anyone.

They are marking up the price of the new Telluride.Very shady business practices. The Manager was quoting 7or800 per month for a lease on A KIA!!!!! His words and I quote “I’m getting $15,000 over sticker on this vehicle so you’re going to have to pay a premium”. Kia’s Website isn’t charging a premium when you build and price your vehicle so why are they. Please shop elsewhere. This is the shadiest, grimiest and most dishonest experience I have ever had at a dealership.
